My approach to life coaching combines my experience of counselling, psychotherapy, performance coaching and mindfulness. My strong intuition enables me to get to the core of issues quickly and give you the help you most need.
Many of us are inhibited from living the life we desire due to factors we’re not even aware of. Life coaching reveals these inhibitors to us and gives us the tools to overcome them and move forward in a positive way.
My approach to life coaching is a two-stage process:
In step one we will identify your goals and dreams and set your vision. I will help you to understand your inner self and your issues or problems. This will empower you to recognise your life limiting issues and core beliefs that affect how you think, feel, behave and operate. You can then take control and transform how you function.
Step two focuses on teaching simple yet effective techniques to enable greater emotional balance and self-compassion and control of your negative and distorted thinking. You will learn how to let go of your debilitating self-judgment and emotional volatility. You will finally learn to be kind to yourself and in turn become more robust, secure and confident, thus able to face the challenges and demands of life.
Life coaching can address issues in your work, relationships, hobbies, health and fertility. It will produce life-lasting transformational change.
